Definitions

'OWNER' Is LifeStyle Emporium
'HIRER' Is The person hiring/renting the 'EQUIPMENT' from the 'OWNER'
'EQUIPMENT' Is the items hired out by the the 'OWNER' to the 'HIRER'

Disclaimer

The Hirer accepts full responsibility for the use and/or operation of the hire equipment and hereby agrees to release and fully indemnify the Owner against any third party claims, demands, suits, costs and expenses for damage or injury or death to person or persons or property arising directly or indirectly out of the hire or use of the equipment by the hirer or persons associated with the hirer.

Terms and Conditions of Hire

  • All equipment supplied on hire will remain the property of LifeStyle Emporium
  • All damage and breakages will be charged at replacement cost
  • Hirer is responsible for all loss or damage to items hired
  • Cleaning charge is applicable if items are returned in a dirty condition
  • Hire rates are time out not time used
  • Insurance is the sole responsibility of the hirer while equipment is on hire
  • The Hirer will not tamper or in any way interfere with, or repair or attempt to repair the hired items 



Basic Rental Terms

1. Orders             

We recommend seperate orders for Purchased items vs. Hire items for allocating correct shipping methods at checkout.

2. Locations       

Currently restricted to North Shore and Northern Beaches of Sydney (roughly 20km radius of St Ives).

3. Hire Period     

3 days from collection to return, most commonly Friday afternoon to Monday morning.

4. Pick Up           

Friday between 10am and 2pm (or between 3pm and 6pm by arrangement). Return on following Monday between 10am and 2pm.

5. Delivery         

Delivery is available within the North Shore and Northern beaches (approx.  20km radius of St Ives). Please select "Delivery" in Shipping Options in Checkout. We will contact you via email to confirm address details.

Please note: Setup is not included in the delivery service.

6. Booking         

Full payment is required to secure rental item.

7. Cancellations 

Any cancellations should be done at least 2 weeks prior to the pick up/delivery date. Cancellations within the 2 week period will result in a 50% late cancellation fee.

8. Guarantee       

Please have a valid driver's license and credit card available for scanning when picking up/receiving, as guarantee for hire items.

Fair wear and tear permitted. Any significant damage or breakages will be charged at replacement value.

9. Cleaning         

Hand wash or wipe items with mild soapy water and soft cloth/sponge after use. Do not wash or iron linens (we will wash upon return). If creased prior to use, linens can be very lightly steam ironed only.
